Food & Beverage Attendant
Sydney International Airport
Permanent Part-Time | 8–37.5 hours per week
Cater Care is seeking enthusiastic and service-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our airport operations at Sydney International Airport. You’ll work across our outlets, including Oporto, Betty’s Burgers and Mad Mex, providing quality service to customers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job Description
The opportunity
This is a hands-on hospitality role suited to someone who enjoys variety, teamwork and interacting with customers.
You will be responsible for:
Delivering exceptional customer service
Food preparation and kitchen support
Taking orders and serving customers
Barista and coffee preparation
Dishwashing and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Restocking and general outlet duties
Following food safety and workplace safety procedures
Supporting your team to deliver efficient service during peak periods
Shifts are available between 6:00am and 8:00pm, with hours ranging from 8 to 37.5 hours per week.
Desired Skills and Experience
What you’ll need
Have a genuine passion for customer service and hospitality
Essential:
Current RSA as our cafes are licensed to sell alcohol
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work effectively within a team
Availability across morning, afternoon and weekend shifts
Highly regarded:
Hospitality or retail experience
Barista experience or qualifications
Previous experience in a high-volume food environment
