About Us:
Join a dynamic and fast-paced team at Sunshine Coast Airport, managing our high-traffic dining outlet. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a welcoming atmosphere for travelers. As an outlet manager, you will play a key role in driving success, fostering a positive team environment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and product availability.
Manage, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and company policies.
Work closely with airport management to align with overall airport services and initiatives
Schedule staff shifts and manage rosters to meet operational demands.
Desired Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or food & beverage management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Flexibility to occasionally work shifts, dependent upon needs.
