Cater Care is seeking a motivated Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of the Business Development team, you will play a key role in supporting our sales function, helping to contribute to the growth of our business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual looking for a role within Business Development.  

The role:

  • Working with Marketing to ensure adequate supply of sales-related collateral.
  • Daily administration of salesforce, ensuring data from sales teams are maintained & accurate.
  • Create, communicate & distribute relevant reports to key stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to business development executives and management team members as required.
  • Assist in the preparation and organising of sales material.

Desired Skills and Experience

Your background:

  • Proven experience in sales support/coordinator or administrative role.
  • Advanced communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in the use of Salesforce or another CRM system.
  • Extremely organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience using Google Apps Suite and Microsoft Office applications would be well regarded
