The Role:
Cater Care Retail seeks to appoint a committed Retail Site Manager to join our quick-service retail operation at Sydney International Airport. You will be passionate and authentic, deliver genuine hospitality and keen to work within a fast moving and positive environment.
Roster:
7 Day Availability - Afternoon Shifts starting from 12 Noon
What This Role Will Involve:
- Maintain restaurant presentation and cleanliness
- Ensure Team Members represent Betty’s in a positive manner
- Optimise guest satisfaction
- Train and mentor Team Members
- Ensure that all operating, opening and closing procedures are followed
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proven experience in hospitality, particularly within high volume operations
- Experience in engaging, leading and motivating a large team is highly desirable
- Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Ability to work a roster including nights/ weekends
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
