Roster:
Shift times are PM shifts starting between 12 noon and 1.30pm
Tuesday through Saturday with RDO of Sunday and Monday or
Sunday through Thursday with RDO of Friday Saturday
As a Cook your role will involve;
- Food preparation and presentation
- Assist with stock ordering and stocktaking
- Merchandising and food presentation
- Maintain a clean kitchen, equipment and utensils
- Adherence to legislated food hygiene and general safety practices
- Assist the broader team as required
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a fast paced kitchen (short order)
- Bulk food preparation
- Punctuality & reliability
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (advantage)
- Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
- Adherence to food & general safety practices
- NSW Food Safety Certificate
