Job Description
The Role:
Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint a Relief Chef Manager with leadership experience at our site in Perth.
Organising day-to-day operations; this is the ideal role for someone who wants to provide a fantastic meal experience to our residents and values a well-run kitchen.Onsite Parking available.
Roster:
Monday - Friday - 9:00 am -5:00 pm .No weekends .No Late nights
What This Role Involves:
Dual responsibilities in food preparation / presentation and site management
Overall cost management with a focus on food and labour costs
Stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking
Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices
Demonstrable team management, development & leadership
Assisting the broader team as required
Desired Skills and Experience
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Experience with managing labour, food & operational costs
Previous experience in operating kitchens and/or site management
Strong communication skills
Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
