Roster:
Shift times are 13.00 until 21.00 or 13.30 until 21.30
Thursday through Monday with RDO of Tuesday and Wednesday
OR
Sunday through Thursday with RDO of Friday Saturday
As a Duty Manager your role will involve;
- Assisting the site manager to manage teams across multiple outlets
- Assist with stock ordering and stocktaking
- Merchandising and food presentation
- Ensure cleanliness across all sites
- Adherence to legislated food hygiene and general safety practices
- Assist the broader team as required
What are we looking for?
- Passion for food and presentation
- Previous experience as a Barista, RSA would also be advantageous
- Punctuality & reliability
- Operational management experience
- Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
- Adherence to food & general safety practices
- Current First Aid Certificate
- NSW Food Safety Certificate
