We have full time positions available, with flexible hours of morning, evenings and weekends
What This Role Involves:
Food preparation and presentation
Assist with stock ordering and stocktaking
Merchandising and food presentation
Maintain a clean kitchen, equipment and utensils
Adherence to legislated food hygiene and general safety practices
Assist the broader team as required
Desired Skills and Experience
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience in a fast paced kitchen (short order)
Bulk food preparation
Punctuality & reliability
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (advantage)
Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
Adherence to food & general safety practices
NSW Food Safety Certificate
