The Role:
Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint a Permanent Full-Time Catering Assistant/ Bar attendant at our site in Cabramurra.
Roster:
Working 07 on and 07 off Operation
- 4:30pm - 10:00pm in the bar
- 9:30pm - 3:30pm in the kitchen
What This Role Involves:
- Preparing foods & providing tray service to residents
- Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas
- Ability to work independently performing various kitchen tasks
- Preparing and serving alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages
- Rotating stock to ensure that the bar is equipped at all times
- Maintaining food hygiene and adhere to regulations & safety practices
- Delivering excellent customer service
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience assisting in kitchens, food preparation
- RSA (Mandatory)
- Previous bar experience (desirable)
- Possessing a valid driver's license and having access to a car (Mandatory)
