As a critical member of the leadership team, the NSW & ACT State Manager is responsible for the leadership and direction of a team of Senior Operations Managers and Operations Managers across NSW & ACT.
Job Description
Cater Care seeks a genuine leader and key to your success in this role is your ability to foster great relationships with our clients across the Aged Care & Education sectors as well as your ability to influence and drive the operational teams, providing high quality food and service to our clients, residents and students.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for tracking, forecasting and driving financial performance
Leading, coaching and further developing your key senior leaders
Building strong professional relationships with our clients
Oversee menu development, observation of safety practices, adherence to regulatory bodies and initiatives, maintaining our market leading position
Strategically collaborate with other business units to ensure all opportunities are capitalised upon
Foster a positive work experience that promotes collaboration, upskilling and excellence across your operational teams
Desired Skills and Experience
Background & experience:
Significant experience within the hospitality sector in a leadership position from a food or catering environment (Aged Care or Education would be well regarded)
Industry qualified degree, diploma or equivalent
Comprehensive understanding of contract management
Proven track record of achieving operational and financial goals in a hospitality setting
Exceptional communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
