Job Description
The Role:
Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint an engaging hospitality professional to a Permanent Part-Time Catering Assistant/Server position at our exciting new facility in Eastwood, South Australia.
This position would suit someone who is looking for some extra work to top up their income. Front of house and kitchen experience is certainly an advantage when applying for this role.
Roster:Evenings, Monday to Thursday- 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
What This Role Involves:
Assisting with basic, general food preparation
Customer service - Waiting on tables, serving our residents meals and drinks
Dishwashing and cleaning of the kitchen, equipment & dining areas
Maintaining legislated food hygiene and safety practices
Fast, effective service throughout busy periods - with a smile
Assisting the broader team as required
Desired Skills and Experience
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience assisting in all aspects of kitchen operations, food preparation and service provision in a catering facility
RSA - Responsible Service of Alcohol
Experience in front of house service as well as kitchens
A motivated, enthusiastic and positive ‘can-do’ attitude
Able to work long hours often undertaking repetitive tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment
Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
