Job Description
The role will be part of our talent acquisition team, providing administrative support to a small but dynamic team, helping to ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process across key business units.
This is a part-time position of 24 hours per week, ideally for someone seeking flexibility—whether that’s working three full days or four shorter ones. It could be a great fit for someone balancing work with childcare or other commitments.
What the role involves:
Taking responsibility for the recruitment email inbox, responding to enquiries and distributing, where necessary to relevant team members
Recording expenditure, approving payments and registering these into our system
Updating recruitment tracker metrics ensuring we provide a great service to our key stakeholders
Update details on all new requisitions raised and shared with appropriate stakeholders
General administrative duties as and where required
Desired Skills and Experience
To be successful you will have:
Previous experience in an administration role
High attention to detail with great communication abilities (verbal and written)
Ability to prioritise and organise workload and a willingness to help
Ability to work within a friendly team and approach the day with a smile
Experience with Google Platform: Google Docs, Google Drive and Gmail and ELMO would be an advantage or the ability to learn quickly
