Job Description

The role will be part of our talent acquisition team, providing administrative support to a small but dynamic team, helping to ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process across key business units.

This is a part-time position of 24 hours per week, ideally for someone seeking flexibility—whether that’s working three full days or four shorter ones. It could be a great fit for someone balancing work with childcare or other commitments.

 

What the role involves:

  • Taking responsibility for the recruitment email inbox, responding to enquiries and distributing, where necessary to relevant team members
  • Recording expenditure, approving payments and registering these into our system
  • Updating recruitment tracker metrics ensuring we provide a great service to our key stakeholders
  • Update details on all new requisitions raised and shared with appropriate stakeholders
  • General administrative duties as and where required

Desired Skills and Experience

To be successful you will have: 

  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • High attention to detail with great communication abilities (verbal and written)
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workload and a willingness to help
  • Ability to work within a friendly team and approach the day with a smile
  • Experience with Google Platform: Google Docs, Google Drive and Gmail and ELMO would be an advantage or the ability to learn quickly
