The Role:
Cater Care seeks to appoint an enthusiastic chef at one of our Youth Justice Centre in Little River, Victoria.
Roster:Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Preparing & presenting food for our clients
Support bulk cooking operations
Deliver meals via tray service as required
Provide excellent customer service
Adherence to food & general safety practices
Fast, effective service - provided with a positive attitude
Perform general kitchen duties, including cleaning and food safety compliance
Desired Skills and Experience
Your Background:
Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role
Punctuality & reliability
Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
A valid Driver’s Licence and access to their own vehicle
