Reporting to the L&D Manager – Leadership & Careers, you will work closely with senior leaders and frontline teams to build leadership capability, facilitate impactful learning experiences, and drive career development initiatives, supporting employees to explore and navigate career pathways within Cater Care.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in learning & leadership development
- Strong facilitation and instructional design skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Knowledge of career development frameworks and best practices in leadership growth
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple learning initiatives and projects simultaneously
- A proactive and creative mindset, passionate about leadership development
