The Role:
Cater Care is seeking passionate and talented part-time chefs to join our team at Union College—one of our key education sites within a prestigious college in Brisbane. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your culinary skills to a vibrant and respected campus community.
Roster: Various days and hours (31 to 39 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Preparing & presenting food for our students
- Maintaining a clean working environment
- Ongoing menu development & refinement
- Support bulk cooking operations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Adherence to food & general safety practices
Your Background:
- Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Punctuality & reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
