Job Description
The Role:
Cater Care seeks to appoint a Catering Assistant at one of our key aged care residences in Hamilton, Victoria.
Roster:Friday, 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM & Saturday, 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM
What This Role Involves:
Assisting with food preparation
Customer service - serving our residents meals and snacks
Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas
Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices
Deliver meals via tray service as required
Provide excellent customer service to residents
Fast, effective service throughout busy periods - with a good attitude
Desired Skills and Experience
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience assisting in kitchens, food preparation and/or customer service
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
Previous experience in aged care (preferred but not essential)
