The Role:
Cater Care is seeking to appoint a casual Catering Assistant at one of our sites in Gold Coast, Queensland. The ideal candidate will have a bright and bubbly personality and enjoy working with both children and adults in a relaxed, friendly environment.
Roster: Various days and hours (18+ hours per week). Must be available for some early evenings and weekends due to 7-day operation.
What This Role Involves:
- Assisting with food preparation
- Customer service - serving our clients meals and snacks
- Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods
- Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas
- Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices
- Provide excellent customer service
- Fast, effective service throughout busy periods - with a good attitude
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience assisting in kitchens, food preparation and/or customer service
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
