Due to recent growth, we are seeking an engaging and experienced Learning Partner to work with our NSW Operations teams across Cater Care.
Reporting into the Learning & Development Manager (Technical & Operations) and based out of our Parramatta Head Office in Sydney, you will cater to a niche client group, which encompasses our diverse group of employees who primarily work across the aged care, education and retail sectors.
The background:
- Previous experience in an L&D development partner role (within hospitality, aged care or education would be well regarded)
- Prior experience as a chef or catering manager
- Ability to prioritise tasks and projects within a fast paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Be confident facilitating to small groups
- Relevant qualifications in commercial cookery
