Job Description
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned and passionate Operations Manager to lead our hospitality operations. This role involves managing a portfolio of sites and ensuring operational efficiency and excellence. You will lead a team, maintain client relationships, and drive commercial outcomes while adhering to high standards of service and safety. There will be travel involved across sites.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing catering operations across multiple sites.
Managing budgets and resources effectively.
Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Leading, managing, and mentoring a high-performing team.
Desired Skills and Experience
Your Background:
Significant experience in the hospitality/food production sector, ideally in the Aged Care or Education catering industry.
Proven track record of managing catering operations and leading diverse teams.
Experience operating across multi-site delivery.
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgetary controls.
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
Chef qualification essential or robust culinary and business management related qualifications/experience.
