All about your role:

Cater Care Services are seeking dynamic and experienced hospitality leaders for Catering Manager at our remote mining villages throughout Queensland.This  will involve providing management of the daily catering requirements of the village, ensuring effective management in the areas of:

• Food Production
• Menu Planning and Daily Production
• Dining Room Services
• Safety, Health and Environment 
• Customer Service
• Staff Supervision
• Compliance
• Administration and Operation Margins
• Client Relationship Management
• Liaising with the Site Manager

This position is FIFO from Brisbane, based on 14/7 Roster .Accommodation, flights and uniforms are included .

Job Role - Essential Criteria:

• Industry experience – minimum 5 years
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (desirable)
• HACCP working knowledge
• OH&S working knowledge
• Staff management experience
• Site management experience including financials understanding
• Demonstrated experience with key components of the role
• Previous experience working within a Contract catering environment (desirable)
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office suite of software 
• Current Valid Driver’s Licence
• Commitment to Cater Care’s Quality and Safety Management system

Physical Demands of the Position:

• Position is evaluated to be of a Medium to Heavy physical demand level
