Job Description
The Role:
Cater Care seeks to appoint an enthusiastic chef at one of our key aged care sites in the picturesque suburb of Albion Park, a short drive from Wollongong.
Responsibilities:
Preparing & presenting food for our residents
Stock rotation
Maintaining a clean working environment
Fast, effective service - provided with a positive attitude
Desired Skills and Experience
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Experience with managing food costs
Previous experience in operating kitchens and/or site management
Strong communication skills
Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
