Gather by Cater Care is seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef to join our team at one of our prestigious schools, delivering high-quality meals to students and staff. If you're looking for a consistent weekday roster, enjoy bulk cooking, and thrive in a structured kitchen, this is the perfect opportunity.
 

  • Monday to Friday – 11am to 7pm
  • Full-time | 38 hours per week
  • $35 per hour base rate
  • School-based role – great for work/life balance

Job Description

The Role:

Gather by Cater Care seeks to appoint an enthusiastic chef at one of our key sites within a prestigious schools in Waverly

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and cooking meals in bulk quantities to set menus
  • Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are maintained
  • Working independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
  • Engaging with staff and students with professionalism and care
  • General kitchen duties including cleaning, prep, and stock rotation
