Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint an enthusiastic and organised Head Chef to supervise our kitchen operations at St. Lucia.

Job Description
Roster: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Effective team leadership & management
Experience in bulk cooking, functions/conferences and/or high-end catering
Friendly & professional customer service skills with a positive attitude
