You will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, improving processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of key projects.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate discussions with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements.
Translate complex business needs into clear, concise, and comprehensive reports.
Conduct thorough gap analysis and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
Contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying poor-performing/at-risk sites.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with all business units, as well as external vendors.
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support business cases, pricing strategies, and long-term forecasting, including ROI analysis and scenario planning for new initiatives.
Creating analysis and commercial/financial models, improving efficiency of processes.
Contribute to the development and improvement of business analysis methodologies and best practices.
Desired Skills and Experience
Essential Skills & Experience:
Significant experience as a Financial or Commercial Analyst.
Demonstrated experience in documenting, and managing business requirements.
Proficiency in business process modelling tools.
Previous experience in developing complex financial models in support of complex business cases.
Understand and educate operators on revenue and cost drivers and their commercial impact on the business.
Business/commercial acumen: A strong understanding of what drives business value and profitability, with a comprehensive understanding of CAPEX from our operations.
Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders, utilising your strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving: a proactive and resourceful approach to identifying issues and developing effective solutions.
