Cater Care Australia is currently seeking an enthusiastic and organised Breakfast Chef for our kitchen operations at a boarding school in Alice Springs.
This is a hands-on position where you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for our students, as well as directly managing and leading a small team of catering assistants. We are looking for a driven culinary professional ready to advance into a key hospitality operations role. Exceptional communication skills are essential to engage effectively with school stakeholders.

Roster:
Monday to Friday - 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Sunday - 6:00 am to 2:30 pm (Hours placed into time in lieu to provide income for the term breaks)
Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (preferred but not essential, training can be provided)
Experience in bulk cooking, functions/conferences
High food standards and adherence to our fresh food policy
Must have permanent residence or long-term visa
