The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (desired)
• Bulk cooking experience
• Previous experience in operating kitchens and/or site management
• Strong communication skills and a pride in personal appearance & hygiene
