Cater Care seeks to appoint an enthusiastic Chef at one of our key aged care sites in Brookvale.
The roster: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Job Description
The responsibilities:
Preparing & presenting food for our residents
Support bulk cooking operations
Maintaining a clean working environment
Adherence to food & general safety practices
Preparing and presenting texture-modified foods
Desired Skills and Experience
Your background:
Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (desired)
Previous experience in a similar role
Ability to work independently and as part of the team
Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
