Job Description
The role:
Cater Care seeks to appoint an enthusiastic and organised Sous Chef for our kitchen operations at Eight Mile Plains.

What this role involves:
Preparing & presenting food for our residents
Support bulk cooking operations
Provide excellent customer service
Maintaining a clean working environment
Preparing and presenting texture-modified foods
Adherence to legislated food hygiene and general safety practices.
Desired Skills and Experience
Your knowledge & background:
Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Previous experience in a similar role
High volume bulk cookery experience is highly regarded but is not essential
Ability to work independently and as part of the team
Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
