What You'll Do
Drive operational excellence and ensure commercial targets are met.
Mentor, train, recruit and inspire your team to deliver their best every day.
Oversee food safety and quality standards to ensure regulatory compliance.
Oversee RSA within the terminal across several stores.
Develop operational plans to deliver efficiency.
Oversee stock, order and provided detailed oversight on stocktake and holding levels.
Create a high-performance culture that values efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Experienced in managing hospitality teams with a focus on standards and safety.
A clear communicator who can provide guidance and drive success.
Able to work a flexible rotating roster across Sunday to Monday operations.
Successful in the areas of functions, QSR and/or cafe or restaurants.
Passionate about delivering great service in a unique environment.
