About the Role
Cater Care is seeking two Catering Assistants / Baristas to support high-quality food and beverage service at our key site in Little River, Victoria. You’ll assist with daily kitchen tasks, prepare great coffee, and help create a positive dining experience for our staff.
Requirements:
Car Licence, Own Vehicle, Previous industry experience, Valid visa with work rights

Key Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation and meal service
Provide friendly and efficient customer service
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso drinks
Operate, clean, and maintain coffee machines and equipment
Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Previous experience as a catering assistant, barista, or in food service
Strong commitment to food safety and hygiene
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Reliable, friendly, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Must have own vehicle and a valid Driver’s Licence (site not accessible via public transport)
