What You'll Do
Prepare, cook and plate menu items to standard
Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleaning regimes
Monitor stock levels, rotate supplies and record usage
Assist and coach junior team members as required.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Hold a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Experience in commercial or quick-service kitchens
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (essential)
ASIC (or willingness to apply) and reliable transport
Team player, punctual and safety-minded
