What You'll Do
- Keep the energy high from 5am unlock to close
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a fresh crew to deliver flawless sushi service
- Manage inventory, budgets, and operations to create a profitable hotspot
- Maintain impeccable food safety, presentation, and quality standards
- Oversee sushi and sashimi preparation that wows every customer
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
- Experienced in high-volume hospitality with proven leadership skills
- Holds Food Safety Supervisor ticket and RSA
- Driver’s License and reliable transport for early starts
- Skilled in sushi and sashimi preparation—hands-on knife mastery a must
- Available for rotating seven-day roster and brings consistent A-game energy
- Proactive, hands-on, and ready to make a lasting impact at a new venue
