Desired Skills and Experience
About You
- Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate is the golden ticket to this role
- Proven track record of thriving in high-volume or fast-paced retail kitchens
- Own transport is non-negotiable for crushing the 0400 starts or 2100 finishes
- Solo operator mindset capable of running a tight ship without micromanagement
- High-energy attitude ready to handle the heat, the pace, and the clean-up
