What You'll Do
- Expertly prepare fresh sushi and sashimi to high-quality brand standards
- Lead the team to deliver fast and friendly customer service every time
- Jump into the trenches with dishwashing and general cleaning duties
- Work independently to open the store or close down after a busy day
- Manage stock levels and minimize wastage to hit store targets
- Enforce strict food safety standards as the certified Supervisor
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
- You must hold a current and valid Food Safety Supervisor certificate
- Professional hands-on experience making sushi and sashimi is essential
- A track record of reliability and working without supervision
- Previous experience leading a team in retail or hospitality
- Ability to think on your feet and solve problems under pressure
- Flexible availability to work across the airport trading hours
