Join Gather by Cater Care as a Part-Time Catering Assistant at our Townsville education site.
You’ll prepare and serve meals, support events and functions, and help deliver a great dining experience in a fast-paced kitchen. Work with a supportive team that values your contribution and keeps every day moving.
Available Rosters:
Monday to Friday, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Monday to Friday, 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
What this role involves:
Assisting with food preparation and serving meals and snacks
Providing excellent customer service with a smile
Re-stocking items as needed and after meal periods
Washing dishes and keeping kitchen and dining areas clean and safe
Following all food safety and hygiene standards
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in food preparation and/or customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Friendly, positive attitude
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
