Pay: $26.70 + early morning weekend and public holiday penalty rates

We seeking a cook to support the chefs with daily food preparation and the production of fresh sandwiches, wraps, salads and grab and go items. This is a high-volume, high-standard operation where speed and quality go hand-in-hand. What You’ll Do
Support the chefs with daily food preparation and the production of fresh sandwiches, wraps, salads
A 4:00 am start to dominate the morning peak
Ensure 100% compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations
Work as part of a tight-knit team to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Assist with inventory and stock management to ensure zero downtime
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Own a reliable vehicle and valid Driver’s Licence for early morning commutes
Available and ready to work 5 shifts per week starting from 4:00 am
Previous experience in a high-volume retail, cafe, or catering kitchen
Strong communication skills and a "can-do" attitude under pressure
Obsessive about quality control and maintaining a clean workspace
