What You'll Do
Lead the grand opening and manage daily operations with total independence and spark
Set the gold standard for aromatic coffee that makes our new regulars feel at home
Take charge of the kitchen to deliver our "delectable with a twist" menu perfectly
Create an atmosphere so vibrant and welcoming that every customer leaves with a smile
Build the outlet’s reputation from the ground up through legendary customer service
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Hospitality powerhouse with the drive to lead a fresh team through a successful launch
Current RSA, Food Safety Supervisor certificate, and a valid Driver’s License
Elite barista skills and a genuine sense of pride in every single cup crafted
Self-starting mindset with a love for working independently to make a space your own
