What You’ll Do

  • Drive the daily operations of a brand-new store launch with total confidence.
  • Deliver high-energy customer service that makes every guest feel at home.
  • Work independently to manage the floor, kitchen tasks, and team flow.
  • Craft expert-level coffee and maintain our "delectable" menu standards daily.
  • Oversee all site compliance including RSA and food safety supervisor duties.
  • Create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere that builds a loyal local following.

Desired Skills and Experience

About You

  • Proven hospitality or retail leadership experience with a hands-on approach.
  • High-level barista expertise and comfortability working within a kitchen.
  • Exceptional ability to work independently and take initiative on the floor.
  • Current RSA, Food Safety Supervisor certificate, and a valid Driver’s License.
  • Vibrant personality with a passion for delivering a "feel-good" guest experience.
  • Reliable work ethic and a desire to lead a brand-new team to success.
