What You'll Do
Craft high-quality, aromatic coffee and beverages with precision and speed
Prepare and serve our unique range of snacks and meals in the kitchen
Provide upbeat and attentive customer service to every guest who walks in
Manage front-of-house and back-of-house tasks independently during quiet periods
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment within the new outlet
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Barista experience and formal qualifications are essential for this high-energy role
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and a valid Driver’s License are required
Proven ability to work independently while managing kitchen and service duties
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for the Sydney retail scene
Availability to work full-time hours across a flexible permanent roster
