What You'll Do
Expertly craft high-quality, aromatic coffee and a range of beverages with precision and speed.
Efficiently prepare and serve our unique selection of snacks and meals.
Deliver upbeat, attentive, and exceptional customer service to every guest.
Proactively manage front-of-house and back-of-house tasks, including during quiet periods.
Maintain a pristine, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the new outlet.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Barista experience and formal qualifications are essential for this high-energy role
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and a valid Driver’s License are required
Proven ability to work independently while managing kitchen and service duties
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for the Sydney retail scene
Availability to work hours across a flexible permanent roster
