What You'll Do

  • Run the store independently while maintaining the highest standards of retail excellence
  • Perform bulk cooking and food preparation tasks
  • Engage with customers and provide a high level of service in a time-sensitive environment
  • Uphold all food safety regulations and ensure a clean, efficient kitchen at all times
  • Monitor stock and operational requirements to ensure the store runs smoothly daily

Desired Skills and Experience

About You

  • Food Safety Supervisor and RSA credentials are essential for this role as are barista skills
  • Solid experience in kitchen environments with a focus on ordering, cooking & food prep
  • A proactive manager who can work independently without the need for constant supervision
  • Good financial acumen that can read a P&L and control food and labour cost
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure aviation retail setting
