What You'll Do
Run the store independently while maintaining the highest standards of retail excellence
Perform bulk cooking and food preparation tasks
Engage with customers and provide a high level of service in a time-sensitive environment
Uphold all food safety regulations and ensure a clean, efficient kitchen at all times
Monitor stock and operational requirements to ensure the store runs smoothly daily
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Food Safety Supervisor and RSA credentials are essential for this role as are barista skills
Solid experience in kitchen environments with a focus on ordering, cooking & food prep
A proactive manager who can work independently without the need for constant supervision
Good financial acumen that can read a P&L and control food and labour cost
Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure aviation retail setting
