What You'll Do
Supervise daily cafe operations at Two Brothers to ensure premium service delivery
Deliver high-volume barista and bar service with a focus on speed and quality
Coordinate team tasks including dishwashing and cleaning to maintain a pristine environment
Work autonomously to manage the cafe during afternoon and evening rostered shifts
Ensure the highest standards of food safety and responsible service of alcohol are met
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Solid background in hospitality supervision or management with a customer-first mindset
Mandatory valid RSA certificate and the ability to work independently
Reliable vehicle and a current Driver’s Licence are essential for this location
Preferred Food Safety Supervisor qualification and professional barista experience
A positive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to mentor and lead junior staff members
