Cater Care is partnering with one of the region’s most prestigious schools to deliver outstanding food services to students and staff. We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead operations, inspire a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional service from day one.

Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day site operations, including staff rosters, function planning, and execution
Manage all catering services as per contract requirements
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Develop, inspire, and manage a high-performing team
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, boarders, and staff
Desired Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For
Experience in hospitality operations, preferably in education or boarding schools
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams across multiple sites
Strong relationship and contract management skills
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
