Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
Maintain high service standards and promptly address concerns
Ensure efficient food service and smooth daily operations
Enforce food safety and hygiene protocols in the front-of-house area
Ensure effective communication between front-of-house and kitchen staff
Manage cash, maintain records, and report to senior management
Foster a welcoming atmosphere for students and staff
Desired Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For
Previous customer service experience
Previous experience in the hospitality sector
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under high pressure situations and catering in large volumes
Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate with students, parents and teachers
