About The Role

Join Cater Care Australia as a Front of House Supervisor and lead a dynamic hospitality team at our education site in Ballarat.

This is a great opportunity for a service-focused leader who enjoys creating welcoming dining experiences while guiding a team in a fast-paced environment.

Roster: Monday - Thursday & Sunday, 4:00pm - 8:00pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
  • Maintain high service standards and promptly address concerns
  • Ensure efficient food service and smooth daily operations
  • Enforce food safety and hygiene protocols in the front-of-house area
  • Ensure effective communication between front-of-house and kitchen staff
  • Manage cash, maintain records, and report to senior management
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere for students and staff

Desired Skills and Experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous customer service experience 
  • Previous experience in the hospitality sector
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under high pressure situations and catering in large volumes
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate with students, parents and teachers
