What You'll Do

As the Outlet Manager, you will be the driving force behind our new sushi sushi venture, responsible for all facets of the operation:

  • Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and inspire a fresh crew to deliver exceptional customer service and flawless sushi preparation.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including strict adherence to 5am unlock procedures through to close.
  • Financial Management: Manage inventory, control budgets, and implement strategies to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain impeccable food safety, hygiene, presentation, and quality standards for all sushi and sashimi.
  • Culinary Oversight: Demonstrate hands-on expertise in sushi and sashimi preparation, setting the standard for quality that "wows" every customer.

About You

You are a proven leader with a genuine passion for high-volume hospitality:

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment.
  • Demonstrated hands-on knife mastery and a high level of skill in sushi and sashimi preparation.
  • Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transport, essential for early morning starts.
  • Flexibility and availability for a rotating seven-day roster.
