The role
Reporting to the Catering Manager, you’ll take ownership of functions and event delivery across campus, while supporting day-to-day food service operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone ready to step up or grow within a structured environment.
What you’ll be doing
Plan and deliver a wide range of on-site functions
Lead and supervise a large hospitality team
Coordinate rostering and daily operations
Ensure high-quality service across multiple service points
Train team members and maintain compliance standards
