The Role:
Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint a few relief chef managers to support our ongoing delivery and continued growth across our key sites in the Central coast to Taree region.
This role will involve extensive travel and will suit someone who enjoys building and developing teams as you jump into the hotseat when required.
Organising day-to-day operations; this is the ideal role for someone who wants to provide a fantastic meal experience to our residents,and customers, who also values providing a well-run kitchen without working weekends.
Roster:Weekdays only
Salary:Circa $80,000 plus super and car allowance
Job Description
What This Role Involves:
Dual responsibilities in food preparation / presentation and site management
Cost management with a focus on food and labour costs
Demonstrable team management, development & leadership
Preparing and presenting texture modified meals.
Bulk cooking experience required
Desired Skills and Experience
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Experience with managing labour & food costs
Previous experience in operating kitchens and/or site management
Strong communication skills
Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
