Pay: $25.85 base + casual loading + penalty rates
Looking for a flexible hospitality role where you can make a real impact? Cater Care is seeking a Catering Assistant to join our aged care team in Middle Swan.
This is more than just a kitchen role, you’ll deliver nutritious meals with care, respect, and a friendly approach, creating positive dining experiences that brighten residents’ days.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food, including salads, sandwiches, and texture-modified meals
- Serve meals and snacks with a high standard of customer service
- Re-stock supplies, including after meal periods
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing
- Set tables, plate meals, and support the Chef with general kitchen duties
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in food preparation and/or customer service
- Contract catering experience (desirable)
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
