Desired Skills and Experience

What You'll Do

  • Run the store independently while maintaining the highest standards of retail excellence
  • Oversee high-volume food preparation and bulk cooking tasks.
  • Monitor stock levels and operational requirements to ensure efficient daily store flow.
  • Lead the team in providing a high level of time-sensitive customer service and quality delivery.
  • Prepare high quality coffees and cold beverages.
  • Ensure rigorous compliance with all food safety regulations, maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

About You

  • Mandatory credentials: Food Safety Supervisor certificate, RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol), and proven barista skills.
  • Good financial acumen that can read a P&L and control food and labour cost
  • Solid experience in kitchen environments with a focus on ordering, cooking, and food preparation.
  • A proactive manager who can thrive independently without constant supervision.
  • Strong work ethic and resilience, suitable for a high-pressure aviation retail setting.
