The Role
Gather by Cater Care is hiring a Catering Assistant for Union College, St Lucia. If you’re a positive team player who enjoys fast-paced work and great food, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare dining areas and serve meals to students
- Assist with basic food preparation (sandwiches, salads, vegetable prep)
- Maintain cleanliness across kitchen, service, and dining areas, including dishwashing
- Support service periods, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Follow all food hygiene, safety, and security procedures
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or hospitality environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible
- Able to work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of OH&S and food safety standards
