What You'll Do
- Craft visually stunning bowls that our customers can't wait to eat
- engage with customers to explain the health benefits of our menu
- Operate the register swiftly to keep the queue moving during peak times
- Clean and sanitize the service area to maintain a 5 star standard
- Assist with opening or closing procedures to keep the store running smoothly
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
- Previous Barista experience is preferred and highly regarded for this role
- Genuine passion for wellness trends and fresh ingredients is essential
- Previous hospitality or retail experience is highly regarded
- Ability to work flexible hours across a 7-day roster is required
- High energy levels and a customer-first attitude are a must
